What sort of reaction is this?
Lack of trust in the system to pursue justice through due process? Maybe, it had been arrested before and it vanished into thin air obviously through Naira greased fingers. Suppose the owner seeks justice through normal means? Nigeria may be forced to pay for it before the case of thievery gets attention. Whichever, it is a minus to the west African economy
