A man with so much baggage: court indictment, awaiting sentencing, strange economic theories, dwarf moral stature, chaotic record as president, numerous false claims daily, and many more. And yet the majority chose him to be their president. Emotions, driven by aspects that do not improve their well-being, ignoring those that impact heavily on them. Choice based on aspects that appeal to sentiments only. This brings to question rule by majority decision, if we all agree that rational thinking prospers where sentiments do not. In Nigeria we vote for religion, tribe, region, fame, etc, so we are not surprised that we are where we are today. As you make your bed, so you lie on it, so the saying goes
