I believe Nigerians are willing to line up behind their leader, but their leader needs to show leadership.
Engaging in expensive jamborees by hundreds/thousands of govt officials and political appointees amidst hunger in the land is not leadership.
Trouping out of the country for medical attention as a culture by those in power while forcing our medical professionals out of the country through ill-treatment is not leadership.
Ensuring all your children attend foreign institutions while gradually starving Nigerian public institutions to death is not leadership.
Moving around in bullet-proof cars with heavily armed escorts while ordinary Nigerians get injured, kidnapped or killed daily on Nigerian roads is not leadership.
Embarking on an elitist coastal road construction costing trillions of Naira when more than 70% of Federal roads are in very bad condition is not leadership.
Encouraging corruption in high places by treating offenders with kid gloves is certainly not leadership.
