President Buhari expresses shock at the level of violent crimes in the country.
Trying to understand the expression.
His expression of shock seems to suggest that he has just become aware of the high level of violent crime in the country. If so, how come? Isn’t he supposed to be receiving security reports daily? Has he not been reading them?
I wonder why this security problem has defied solution for so long. Is it that the solution is a mystery and so too tough to crack? Or that some people aren’t serious about solving it? For goodness sake whatever is necessary to solve the problem should be done without delay even if some laws need to be suspended. Enough of the mindless carnage.
