One wonders if he had already done his investigation, waiting for the allegation to come up. The person of the president and the IGP are appropriately positioned to know more about the activities of the reported oil cabal. It then becomes difficult to believe that both men know nothing about the Malta claim, if true. Are they afraid of the cabal? The cabal may actually be stronger than both strong men!
