Sad that some people, including highly respected elder statesmen, still imagine that a new constitution is a silver bullet that will solve all our problems. This is akin to saying that a man’s personal driver who has registered 10 major accidents in one year will drive accident-free if his car is replaced with the best car in the world, doing nothing about his attitude to driving and driving skills.
