Blessed with oil and many other priceless resources, Nigeria, the poverty capital of the world, has degenerated into a rice sharing nation. The rich, including politicians, sharing rice think they are being nice. If this govt had invested half the money it is now spending on unsustainable hand downs on security and agriculture on inception 18 months ago, Nig would be exporting rice now
