Is it that the ministry lacks clear objectives? Or none at all? But with a huge budget, which makes its ministers lose control immediately upon assuming office and do things the unacceptable ways. Do we even need such a ministry? Won’t the humanitarian issues be naturally taken care of if all other institutions work well? Is the whole gesture merely a gimmick to give an impression of a benevolent govt?
