Senator Ndume makes proposal for introduction of communication tax in order to help government increase available funds for project execution. I thought the man should have started by recommending reduction of NASS members’ monthly payments.
I wonder why no one so far, even the good-talking ones, has sponsored a bill for more moderate remuneration structure for the NASS members.
If that is too long a route, they can quickly open an excess remuneration account into which about 50% or more of each NASS member’s salary is paid, from which projects may be funded.
