Nigeria my country. Where simple things are made difficult, every normal thing becomes a herculean task.
One doesn’t need to be an electricity or energy expert to know that a business needs to have a plan (even if not written down) before takeoff.
This plan must include a method of measuring the level or amount of services rendered. It is absurd to take off and then embark on endless and confused debate on who should provide measuring devices, how they should be provided, etc. God bless our country.
