Enugu state govt seals business premises found shut on Monday July 24 apparently observing the sit-at-home order. Some clear effort in trying to solve the problem of business destruction in the state. Kudos to the government. The government should however note that there are two sides to the problem. The citizens observe the order out of fear not because they want to. Source of fear? Terror unleashed on them by men who claim to be IPOB members enforcing the order.
