While not taking sides with PDP or APC/Supreme Court judgement, this man, Uche Secondus, seems to be above the law. He is not the only one who disagrees with the supreme court judgement on Imo gubernatorial election petition, but his utterances have portrayed him as a man disrespectful of constituted authority. He has taken similar postures several times in the past including the scene when he held the former INEC chairmen, Prof. Jega hostage during his official electoral assignment. I am not aware any attempt has been made to call him to order. Incidentally, this normally happens when things aren’t going his way politically. As a very senior Nigerian citizen, a more polished respectful posture in expressing his views on issues is advised.
