Sometime in the 70s there was power outage in the US for several hours. Nine months later there was a big jump in the nation’s population. If that could happen to a society of their level of sophistication at the time, highly conscious of population control, one can only imagine what will happen to Nigeria’s population as a result of the current lockdown. I hope our planners are factoring in that in their plans
